Open 7am to 3pm Monday and Wednesday through Sunday. Closed Tuesday.

Wildflour opened on Lowes Drive in 2023 as Wild Flour Bake Shop, run by husband and wife PJ and Amber Norton. The bread case came first. The brunch and lunch menu grew up around it, which is why your biscuit, your Cuban, your French toast and the roll under your chicken salad all came out of the same oven that morning.

  1. Cinnamon roll French toast with caramel and pecans

    Cinnamon Roll French Toast $11

    A whole cinnamon roll, battered like French toast, then caramel, bacon, candied pecans, espresso maple syrup and powdered sugar.

  2. Biscuits and gravy topped with an egg and bacon

    B & G $10

    Scratch buttermilk biscuits under real Southern sausage gravy, bacon on top. Add an egg for $1.50.

  3. Brisket hash topped with eggs beside sourdough toast

    Brisket Hash $15

    Slow cooked brisket with potatoes, peppers and onions, two eggs on top, sourdough toast on the side, finished with au jus.

  4. Avocado toast with eggs and sprouts on sourdough

    Avocado Toast $12 · half $7

    Roasted tomato schmear, avocado, everything bagel seasoning, Deepwood Farms sprouts and two eggs, on scratch sourdough.

  5. A pressed Tampa Cuban sandwich cut in half

    Tampa Cuban $12.50

    Ham, salami and pulled pork with Swiss and pickles, pressed on Cuban bread baked here, mayo and mustard.

  6. Banana bread French toast with sliced bananas and caramel

    Scratch banana bread, battered, with banana caramel, house granola, fresh banana and house made whipped cream.
